   HELP PD is a collaborative project between researchers at Wake Forest School of Medicine and Wake Forest University and community partners from the Diabetes Care Center of Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. The investigative team is directed by Drs. David Goff and Jeff Katula and includes members with expertise in the areas of lifestyle interventions, trial design and conduct, recruitment and retention, diabetology, diabetes education, primary care, economic analysis, and dissemination.
